According to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN), the crowds were not just from the Kathmandu Valley, but also from Janakpur, Sudurpaschim, and other districts represented by the eight participating franchises. Over 60,000 Fans Travelled from Outside Kathmandu

In a remarkable show of support, over 60,000 spectators traveled from outside the Kathmandu Valley to witness the matches. Chhumbi Lama, the CAN spokesperson, shared that the estimated attendance at the NPL matches was between 130,000 and 135,000 spectators. “The number of spectators exceeded our expectations,” Lama said. “The presence of fans, especially from outside Kathmandu, has been a great boost, and the foreign players have been equally fascinated by the large turnout.”
