Sungava Apartment is a brand new high rise 52 unit apartment building in the heart of Pokhara Valley. The Apartment Building “SUNGAVA” is constructed in the most appropriately named location; Fulbari – i.e. “Sungava in Fulbari.”

The building and its surrounding has been curated with great sensitivity looking at every need of the residents. From spacious Floor Plans offering panoramic view of the mountains to the state of the art amenities; we have designed the project to provide residents with a living experience that embodies modern luxury, convenience and community. The exterior building is designed to retain the flavor of the traditional Newari Architecture of the Pokhara Valley.
