The Apartment varies in sizes. No Two or Three Bedroom is similar in size. The average cost per sq. ft. is between NPR 14,500 to NPR 15,500 per square feet. Our average Two bedrooms run approximately between 1400 to 1600 square feet and Three bedrooms run approximately 2300 sq. ft. The Duplexes are about 3400 sq. ft.
The Booking Fee for the Apartment is NPR 10,00,000.00 (Ten Lakhs). We are collecting the payments in installments. Please inquire regarding the Terms for Payments as we have been collecting the payments for approx. year and half so we will have to make adjustments if you are to buy today.

Nabil bank is offering a fixed 8.99% interest rate for 7 years up to 2 (Two) Crores for all Home Buyers. They will also finance up to 70% for first time home buyers and 60% for other buyers. Please inquire with us for further details and we can connect you to our personal banker at Nabil Bank.
Home loans are for 30 years. As mentioned; you will get a fixed interest rate for the first seven years. Then it will be a floating rate with a base rate +1.5% premium for the remaining 23 years of the loan tenure.
The Income should be double the EMI amount. For example, If EMI of loan is NPR 1 Lakh, then income should be 2 times of EMI amount. i.e 1 lakh*2= 2 Lakh.
NRN who holds a foreign passport and citizenship will have to take a loan through a family member who is a Nepali citizen. However, income of NRN personnel can be used for payment of loan.
